Our family is all about easy ways to grab food! With busy schedules and ever hungry children (can I get an AMEN?!), I constantly keep my eye out for yummy snacks for my kiddos to eat. These are an absolute favorite of the big little and since I’m making them for us, I thought I’d share with you!
Easy No Bake Energy Bite Snacks
1 Cup of Old Fashioned Oats (I’m a big fan of Great Value Brand!)
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter, might could sub but I’ve never tried!
1/3 Cup honey
1/4 Cup ground flaxseed (trust me on this one!)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, we use semi sweet
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, its easiest if you use your hands or a stand up mixer. Roll into 1-2 in balls. Space out on a pan and flash freeze in the freezer for 2 hours. After 2 hours you can place in a container and keep in the freezer. When ready to eat, microwave 1-2 in the microwave for 30 seconds.
